If you are visiting this page you are probably looking for some clarifications, below you will find a series of frequent questions that are mostly asked by the users that navigate through our website. What are the shipping costs?

Shipments to Italy are free on orders above €49, otherwise the cost is €4.90. Shipping cost is €10 to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands; €14 to Spain; €20 to Portugal.

What are the times of delivery?

All orders are delivered between 24 and 72 hours after the placement. When counting the days, Saturday’s, Sunday’s and festivities are not included. For all orders placed after 2 pm we cannot guarantee same day elaboration.

What are the available methods of payment?

We accept PayPal payments, if you do NOT have a PayPal account you will be able to use a Credit Card or Prepaid Card. During checkout, select PayPal as the payment method and then press the “Credit or Debit Card” button.

Is it possible to modify an order?

Usually we do not allow modifying the order once it has been placed and thus transmitted (address, payment method, purchases, etc.). In any case, within 30 minutes of placing the order you may try to contact our Client Assistant number, with you change and we will try our best to make the change!

Is it possible to receive samples?

It is our custom to insert samples inside the packs, according to the availability of the moment.

Is it possible to buy from abroad?

We currently ship to these countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France (excluding Corsica), the Netherlands, Spain (excluding the Balearics), Portugal.
